The Eva G. Farris Education Center

A gift to the community from Northern Kentucky philanthropists Eva and Oakley Farris, the Center provides arts education to over 5,000 children annually, many of whom live at or below poverty level. Staff of the center work with area schools and organizations to bring performances and creative experiences to local and under-privileged children who might not otherwise be exposed to the arts.

Their projects span the visual arts, drama, video production, and musical performance and appreciation. By creating a fun and relaxed environment, children build their self-confidence, get in touch with their creative sides, practice making artistic choices, and learn to express themselves through the visual and performing arts.

You never know what’s going to happen at ARTSTOP! Paint a picture. Make and play your own instruments. Learn to sew. Shoot a film. Produce a puppet play. ARTSTOP is the perfect place to get in touch with your creativity and explore something new.
